This license operates solely to run, optimize, and promote the Platform and terminates when you delete your content or account.

Removal Without Notice: We reserve the unconditional right—but do not assume the obligation—to monitor, pre-screen, review, flag, modify, refuse, or remove any user-generated content from the Platform at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

No Storage Obligation: We are not a backup or archival service. We have no liability or responsibility for the loss, deletion, or failure to store any content you publish.

As-Is Provision: The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

Indemnity Matrix: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform and its operators from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising directly from your published content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party IP rights.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or the sudden removal of your content.

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
